Who are we?
The kitchen crew is a group of staff members who work together to provide daily to our DTS students, and any other ministries that might require meals. On a weekly basis, we organize schedules, grocery shopping, preparing and serving of meals. Twice a week, we mentor DTS students by teaching them basic culinary skills. Once a week, we provide a community dinner with all staff and students at our base.
Vision
Our vision is to provide healthy, homecooked meals to our staff and students, while incorporating flavors and recipes from different nations as we intercede on their behalf.
