Financial giving is a great practicle way to help with missions. While prayer and encouragments go a long way, meeting the practicle needs of funding is another responsibility we should meet as a church family.  For a while, I really struggled with fundraising. It is so anti-cultural this day in age to be relying on other people to provide financially. Especially in an independent socitey. However, that's when God challenged me to look at fundraising a new way. Financial giving is not my supporters giving directly to me. Instead, it's them relying on God's voice on what to give and giving the offering to Him. On the otherside, I am not relying on my supporters for my finances. In turn, I am relying on Jesus to provide the support system for me to succed. Whenever you support others to bring the gospel around the world, you are joining with them on that mission as well. Maybe not physcially, but it is your help that even makes it possible.
